Ryan’s Remedies Personal Training – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of personal training services provided by Ryan’s Remedies Personal Training (“Ryan’s Remedies,” “I,” or “me”) through Vagaro and other associated services. Services include program design, health consultations, nutritional evaluations, training execution reviews, remote coaching, and live 1-on-1 sessions. By booking any session or using services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
By booking and using services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to access and use these services. Services are intended for generally healthy individuals; I reserve the right to deny service if participation could be unsafe.
2. Client Forms and Agreement
All clients must complete the required forms in Vagaro, including health, liability, and consent forms, before participating in any programs or sessions. By completing these forms and booking sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
3. Services Provided
Program Design – Personalized workout programs updated based on your body’s responses and progress. New program designs are scheduled based on completion of prior programs or milestones.
Health Consultations – Reviews of wellness, recovery, and performance. Follow-ups are scheduled based on client progress and readiness. Guidance is informational only and not a medical diagnosis or treatment.
Nutritional Evaluations – Assessments of diet and supplements. Follow-ups are scheduled based on client progress and readiness. Guidance is informational only and not a medical diagnosis or treatment.
Training Execution Reviews – Bi-weekly reviews to ensure proper program execution and progress. Unlimited scheduling is allowed within the membership period.
Remote Coaching – Ongoing support, motivation, and program adjustments via the Trainerize app. Unlimited access is included within the membership period.
1-on-1 Live Sessions – Personalized virtual coaching sessions for technique, form, or program refinement. For Basic members, 1-on-1 sessions are available as limited add-ons. For Premium members (Remedy for Champions), one 1-on-1 session per month is included; additional sessions can be purchased at discounted rates. First-time Premium members receive a total of 3 1-on-1 sessions during their first month (the first two sessions are free), after which standard membership limits apply.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policies
24-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.
Late Cancellation: Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-Show: Missed sessions without notice will incur a full session charge.
Prepaid Sessions: Non-refundable unless rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
Emergencies: Rescheduling or pausing services is granted at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Can be managed through Vagaro or by contacting me directly.
5. Memberships
Fit Happens (Basic Membership): Unlimited access to Program Design, Health Consultations, Nutritional Evaluations, Training Execution Reviews (bi-weekly), and Remote Coaching. 1-on-1 sessions are available as limited add-ons.
Remedy for Champions (Premium Membership): Includes all Fit Happens services, one 1-on-1 session per month included, and discounted rates for additional 1-on-1 sessions. First-time Premium members receive a total of 3 1-on-1 sessions during their first month (the first two sessions are free), after which standard membership limits apply.
Minimum Commitment: 3-month minimum for all memberships.
Post-Minimum Membership Changes: Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
Pay-in-Full Memberships: 6- and 12-month memberships are billed upfront; non-refundable once the term begins.
Pausing Memberships: May be approved on a case-by-case basis for injury, travel, or other life events.
Bulk Purchased 1-on-1 Sessions: Discounted rates only apply while maintaining the associated membership.

7. Use of the Vagaro Platform
By using Vagaro, you agree to comply with Vagaro’s terms, privacy policy, and other agreements. Vagaro handles scheduling, payment processing, and client management.
8. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through Vagaro. Refunds are not provided for sessions already used or pay-in-full memberships. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
9. Health, Safety, and Liability Disclaimer
Services, including the IQS™ system, are informational only. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before making significant changes to diet, supplements, or exercise.
You assume all responsibility for outcomes, health risks, and potential injuries. Participation releases Ryan’s Remedies from liability for injury, adverse health effects, or other outcomes.
10. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
Services may be paused or adjusted due to illness, injury, technical issues, or other uncontrollable events. Alternative arrangements will be provided when feasible.
11. Right to Modify or Terminate Services
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. Clients are only charged for services provided. Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at my discretion.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, including programs, guides, and videos, is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ryan’s Remedies is not liable for injuries, health complications, or other issues arising from participation in programs. Members assume all risks.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. By using Ryan’s Remedies services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah for any disputes.
15. Changes to Terms
- I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on Vagaro or direct communication. Clients are responsible for reviewing terms regularly.
