Step 1: Share Your Goals

Tell me about your fitness goals, your current routine, and what matters most to you.

This is your voice starting the conversation—so we can craft a program that fits you.

Step 2: Live Virtual Program Design (55 Minutes)

In our Zoom session:

  1. I use the IQS™ (Interactive Query System™) to gather insights about your posture, movement patterns, range of motion, and current fitness state.
  2. Together, we co‑create your workout plan—exercises, sets, reps, intensity—based on your body’s responses and your goals.
  3. Because who knows your body better than… you?
  4. Bonus: You get to sit back and relax—no overhead squats or awkward tests required.

Step 3: Online Health Consultation – Optimize Your Foundation

With your program now in place, we go deeper:

  1. We explore what your body may need to recover, balance, and perform better—stress, lifestyle, recovery factors.
  2. I provide informational guidance on supporting your system.
  3. Included in your membership: unlimited health consultations—as needed, when your body signals it.
  4. Optional: personalized wellness‑tools like “drops” (you cover shipping).
  5. This step is high‑value—helping make your workouts count even more.

Step 4: Training Execution Review

A few weeks in, we check how things are going:

  1. Is your plan working? How is your body responding?
  2. We refine form, intensity, and exercise order—keeping everything aligned with your progress.
  3. If you’re already working with your own routine, I offer a Pay‑As‑You‑Go Review, too.

Step 5: Ongoing Support via Trainerize

Your program lives in the Trainerize app, so you can:

  1. Access workouts anytime, anywhere.
  2. Message me directly for feedback, tweaks, or motivation.
  3. Get program updates that evolve as you grow.
