Step 1: Get Started

To get started, I ask that you fill out some quick forms outlining your goals and preferences. Once I have that information, we can move forward with creating your custom program.

Step 2: Live Virtual 55-Minute Session (Program Design)

Once I’ve received your forms, we’ll schedule a 55-minute live virtual session via Zoom. During this session, you can sit back and relax while I test your body. There’s no need for any complicated movements or assessments—your body’s innate intelligence already knows what is best. Here’s how it works:

  1. Assess Your Current Condition: Using the IQS (Interactive Query System), I’ll test your body to gather insights about your posture, movement patterns, range of motion, and overall fitness.
  2. Program Creation: You’ll guide me in selecting the best phase, exercises, sets, reps, and intensity based on the assessments and your goals. Ultimately, you're the creator of your program, telling me what your body wants and what works best for you.

Step 3: Training Execution Review

After a few weeks, we’ll have a Training Execution Review.

Here’s where things get really cool: your body’s natural intelligence already knows if you’re performing the exercises correctly—whether it’s the order, form, range of motion, or the intensity, sets, reps, or whatever.

This step ensures that your program remains in alignment with your progress, and any adjustments are made to continue optimizing your results.

Note: If you’re already following your own routine or would like to stick to a program you’ve created, I offer a Pay-As-You-Go Training Execution Review. This allows me to test your body on the program you’re currently doing to assess how well you’re executing it and offer feedback for improvement.

Fit Happens Membership

Perfect for clients who want unlimited access to program designs and nutritional evaluations without 1-on-1 sessions. Benefits include:

  1. Unlimited program designs & nutritional evaluations.

Remedy for Champions Membership

The most comprehensive package, offering everything in the Fit Happens membership, plus:

  1. One 1-on-1 coaching session per month (a $90 value).
  2. Additional 1-on-1 sessions at discounted rates (bulk options available).

Unlimited Program Designs & Nutritional Evaluations are included in both memberships. Because training cycles or phases can last anywhere from a month to six weeks—or even just a few weeks—based on how your body responds, these memberships allow for unlimited adjustments. When you're ready for a new program or phase, I’ll update your plan based on how your body is progressing, ensuring that your program always aligns with your evolving goals.

Both memberships allow you to add extra 1-on-1 coaching sessions at discounted rates compared to Pay-As-You-Go prices. The Remedy for Champions Membership offers the best long-term value, especially with bulk pricing for additional sessions.

Step 4: Ongoing Support via Trainerize

Even beyond your Training Execution Review, you’ll have continuous support. With a membership, your program will be uploaded directly to the Trainerize app, where you can access it anytime, anywhere. Plus, you’ll be able to reach out to me directly for coaching, feedback, and motivation whenever you need it.

  1. Coaching Anytime, Anywhere: Message me directly through Trainerize for feedback, encouragement, or any questions you might have about your program.
  2. Program Support: If you need minor adjustments or have questions about your progress, I’ll guide you through any changes and ensure you're moving forward efficiently.
  3. Access to Your Program: All your workout details will be uploaded to the Trainerize app, so you can easily track your progress, follow your workouts, and stay on top of your fitness goals. Whether you're at home, in the gym, or on the go, you'll always have your program at your fingertips and the support you need to stay on track with your fitness journey.

Step 5: Nutritional Evaluations

Nutritional Evaluations are available for $40. During a session, I’ll use the IQS to test your body’s responses to different supplements and diet types. This helps provide guidance on what might be best for you based on your body's current needs. The IQS is for informational purposes only, and I recommend seeking professional advice from a licensed nutritionist or healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your diet or supplement regimen.

At the heart of this journey, you are the trainer. You are the one who knows what works best for your body. My role is to be your guide—helping you tap into that knowledge, refine your training, and optimize your results.
