What is the IQS™ System?

The IQS™ (Interactive Query System™) is a wellness tool primarily designed to identify potential health-related stressors and offer insights into natural, non-invasive solutions. Using Interrogatory Biofeedback™ (also known as Electro-Dermal Dialogue Queries), the IQS™ system helps assess imbalances in the body and provides personalized guidance. It allows you to explore factors that might affect your overall well-being, supporting a journey toward better health.

In addition to health-related assessments, I’ve created a physical fitness database to help generate personalized fitness plans based on the same biofeedback data. While the IQS™ system’s primary use is for health, I’ve extended its applications to create tailored workout programs, offering a comprehensive approach to both health and fitness.

How Does the IQS™ System Work?

The IQS™ system combines a proprietary software product, called the Hololinguistic Processor™, and a specially designed interface device known as the Q-PORT™, which is connected to a modified CPU (central processing unit) chip. This technology enables practitioners to send specific questions (called Queries) to the body and detect its response by monitoring changes in the electrical properties of the skin.

The process involves the body’s responses to these coded messages, which are monitored and analyzed in real time. These responses help practitioners gain valuable insights into potential health imbalances and stressors, which can guide health and wellness decisions.

This method allows practitioners to assess up to 20 health-related questions per minute, exploring a wide range of health issues in a single session. This is much faster than traditional diagnostic methods and provides a deeper understanding of potential health concerns.

In addition to health assessments, I have integrated a Physical Fitness Database into the IQS™ system, which allows me to analyze and suggest personalized workout plans based on your body's responses. This includes determining the most effective exercises, reps, sets, intensity, and more, based on your unique needs and goals. This integration allows for a more comprehensive and customized approach to both health and fitness, helping you achieve balanced wellness.

The feedback gathered is stored in a client database for further analysis and reporting, providing an ongoing record that can help track progress over time.

How Does This Work Virtually If I’m Not in Person?

Typically, the IQS™ system is done in person. In a standard session, the client holds a small metal rod in one hand to establish a grounding connection. A non-invasive metal probe is used on the other hand—usually the thumb—to measure the body’s responses. Many of the points tested are similar to those used in acupuncture, allowing the system to gather information about your body’s unique patterns.

For virtual sessions, I use a proxy method. Think of it like working on a computer remotely: you don’t need to be sitting at the computer to understand how it’s functioning—you just need the correct “address” and access. In the same way, even though you’re not physically present, the system uses my responses as a proxy to reflect patterns that relate to your body.

This method is designed to provide the same type of insights as an in-person session. The information gathered helps me create a personalized program tailored to your health and fitness goals—all without requiring you to be in the same room.

What kind of training programs do you offer?

I offer personalized fitness programs designed specifically for your body’s unique responses. After completing the necessary assessments and using the IQS™ System, I develop a program tailored to your needs to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Do you provide coaching for advanced lifts like Olympic weightlifting or specialized training for physique shows?

While I have extensive experience in strength training and programming, there are certain areas like Olympic lifts (e.g., clean and jerk, snatch) and specialized preparation for physique competitions where it's beneficial to work with a coach who has a specific focus and expertise. Olympic weightlifting requires precise technique and form that can take years of dedicated practice, and I recommend seeking a coach who specializes in this sport for optimal progress and safety.

Similarly, for those training for a physique show, although I can help with general fitness and body composition goals, competition-level coaching involves specific posing, peak-week strategies, and dietary guidance that are best handled by a coach who specializes in competition prep. I can, of course, provide recommendations for trusted professionals who focus on these areas, ensuring you receive the best training and support for your goals.

How do I prepare for my online 1-on-1 session?

To get the most out of your online 1-on-1 training session, here are a few things you can do to prepare:

  1. Ensure you have the necessary equipment: Make sure you have any equipment required for the workout (dumbbells, resistance bands, mat, etc.). If you're unsure what to bring, check with me ahead of time.
  2. Stable internet connection: A good internet connection is important to ensure smooth communication and to avoid interruptions during the session. Try to test your connection before the session starts.
  3. Quiet and spacious area: Choose a quiet, well-lit space where you have enough room to move comfortably. A clutter-free area will help you focus and make sure we can see your movements clearly.
  4. Wear comfortable workout clothes: Dress in clothes that allow for full range of motion and make sure you’re ready to move!
  5. Have water nearby: Stay hydrated! Keep a bottle of water close by during your session.
  6. Be ready to focus: Set aside any distractions and give your full attention to the session so we can get the most out of our time together.


How does remote coaching work?

All of my remote coaching is done through the Trainerize app. After we create your personalized workout program, I will upload it to the app, where you can view your exercises, log your progress, and receive feedback. I’ll provide ongoing support and guidance directly through Trainerize app, including tips on your form, progress updates, and adjustments as needed.

How do I book an appointment or schedule a session?

You can book your sessions easily through Vagaro, where you can see available times, select your preferred session, and pay securely online. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with the Zoom link for your session.

How are payments handled?

All payments are processed through Vagaro, so you can securely pay for your sessions at the time of booking. You can also manage your subscription or session packages directly through the platform.

Do you offer group sessions or packages?

At this time, I only offer individual one-on-one sessions to ensure each client gets the attention they deserve. However, I do offer session packages for multiple sessions at a discounted rate.

Can the IQS™ System assist with injury recovery?

The IQS™ System is primarily used for health-related purposes and wellness. It may help identify areas of imbalance or range of motion issues in the body, but it is not intended for diagnosing, treating, or curing injuries. Always consult with a healthcare professional for injury treatment or recovery advice.

Is the IQS™ System covered by insurance?

The IQS™ System is a specialized tool that’s primarily used for health and wellness purposes. It is not legally proven to work for medical or diagnostic purposes and is not currently recognized for insurance coverage. It is designed to assist with creating customized fitness plans, not for medical use.

What is the difference between the memberships?

Can I add 1-on-1 sessions to my membership?

Yes! 1-on-1 sessions can be added to any membership, and Remedy for Champions members receive discounted rates on these sessions. These sessions are ideal for clients who want additional personalized coaching on their program or need help with form, technique, and progression.

What is the difference between the 1-on-1 sessions and the training execution reviews?
  1. Training execution reviews are monthly assessments where I review your program to check that you’re executing your exercises correctly, adjusting sets, reps, intensity, and ensuring the program aligns with your progress.
  2. 1-on-1 sessions are more personalized coaching sessions where we go over the program you’re following, make real-time corrections, and work through specific concerns you may have. This is a hands-on approach to coaching and is conducted live via Zoom.


What is included in the program design and nutritional evaluation?

Both program design and nutritional evaluations are unlimited within all membership levels. These are tailored to your body’s innate intelligence, meaning they evolve based on your body's feedback. The program design will change when your body signals that it's time for a new routine, ensuring that your workouts are always aligned with your current needs. Nutritional evaluations follow the same principle, adapting to your changing body and fitness goals.

Can I switch between memberships?

Yes, you can switch between memberships. However, switching mid-month may require a pro-rated charge depending on the services used. Please review my cancellation policies.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to your services until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you will no longer have access to membership benefits unless you choose to rejoin.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are not provided for any services already used or for pay-in-full memberships. However, if you cancel before the start of your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period.

Do I have to pay for the full 6 or 12 months if I choose the pay-in-full option?

Yes, if you choose the 6 or 12-month pay-in-full option, you will pay for the entire period upfront. However, this option comes with a significant discount, making it the most cost-effective choice for

Can I pause or hold my membership?

Memberships can be paused or held on a case-by-case basis if you experience special circumstances like an injury, extended travel, or other life changes. Contact us to discuss your options, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

What are the session cancellation and no-show policies?

24-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund on the deposit.

No-Show: Missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Prepaid Sessions: Missed sessions will be forfeited unless rescheduled within a reasonable time.

Emergencies: Life happens! Contact me ASAP, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Rescheduling or Cancellations: You can reschedule or cancel through Vagaro or contact me directly.
